Black colleges were funded a number of sources including white philathropists. Black Wall street was created by Black people.

I don't expect an answer from you boitumelo, but I'll pose the question anyway:

If each Black person gave a dollar, who or what entity would get that money? More importantly, what do you suppose the recipients of $37MM dollars a year would do with it?
