Our club is a way to get away from the stress and responsibilities of everyday life using literature as our escape. It was founded with the following goals and objectives in mind: 1 To have FUN & Fellowship, 2 To add variety to our reading via different genres, 3 To meet once a month and have stimulating discussions about the books we chose to read, and 4 To meet new people and friends. So far the club has been very successful. The club is mixed gender but so far all active members are African American Women. That is not a complaint, but we want the brothers to know they are welcomed!
