Sisthas Who Enjoy Reading (SWER) was founded Rosie Harvey, who envisioned (while sitting at a dinner table) a group of friends sitting around the table discussing just idle chit chat. When one of her girlfriends said that she didn't like to read, she brought a plot of a book into the idle chatter. Everyone told her, "tell me more" and "what happen to him". She told them you can find the answers in a book... it's fiction. Hence the beginning of SWER. The club is still going strong with members on and offline. The club meets monthly and discusses about 15 books a year.
