Notes:

We meet in each other's home the third Saturday of the month, for a potluck dinner and book discussion. When we come to book club we leave our public masks at the door. At book club we're absolutely FREE to BE ourselves. We giggle, we cry, we shout, we pout, we're silly, we're bold, we're loving and encouraging. What happens at book club stays in book club. We have been together over 10 years, and have become more than a book club - we are SisterFriends. We absolutely love to read books by and about African Americans and the African Diaspora. Our lively discussions are not always limited to the content of a book, but sometimes to our personal experiences as well as world events that affect us as women, wives, mothers, lovers, daughters and sisters. We aren't currently accepting new members, but visitors are welcome to attend one of our meetings.
