The Literary Circle was founded by Mind & Soul Bookstore, Inc. in Trenton, New Jersey. The book club meets on the last Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at Maxine's Restaurant 120 S. Warren St. Trenton, NJ 08618. The "Book of the Month" features African-American authors and the discussions are lead by a facilitator. Mind & Soul offers book club members a 15% discount on the "Book of the Month".
