Geared to men and women 25-45 years old. Book Club members meet at local restaurants to discuss books by mostly African-American authors over dinner. Book club members meet on the third Saturday of each month at 7pm. The Book Club 2000 does not meet during the month of December. Each member is responsible for paying for her/his own meal plus gratuity. There is no charge for becoming a member. Also, book club members help select the books that are read.
