The Tulsa's Sistahs consist of talented and fabulous women. We are entrepreneurs, poets, storytellers, motivational facilitators, educators, ministers, peacemakers, counselors, cooks, event organizers, fundraisers, philanthropists, authors, editors, and just down to Earth Sistahs who constantly support, love, and spiritually encourage one another. Our monthly sips are held on the third Saturday of each month. In addition to discussing books, we are devoted to providing an opportunity for people from all walks of life to come together for a common and primary goals reading and promoting literacy. We host literary events that serve this purpose while allowing us to support our community, Our African-American authors, and our various outreach programs.
