The Sister-friends Book Club is just that, a Book Club comprised of Sisters and Friends. We meet the second Sunday of every month for a Potluck dinner and discussion of our latest selection. We indulge in the works of African-American writers from Mainstream to Self-published. We are PROUD participants of the Annual African American Book Club Summit held every 3rd week in October, by Pageturner.net and The Good Book Club. December is our Annual Cookie Exchange Gathering. The Sister-friends Book Club is made up of African-American women primarily (but not exclusively) in the FM 1960 area (Humble, Kingwood, Spring).
