PSSST!! (Professional Sistahs Sharing Stories Together) from Richmond, VA

PSSST!! Book Club was formed for a group of professional and mature women between the ages of 25 and 45 who enjoy reading, socializing and giving back to the community. Our paramount purpose is to strengthen our sistahhood both individually and collectively. When we gather (the second Sunday of each month with the exception of July and August), we open with administrative duties and end with an intense dialogue and discussion. The books we indulge broadcast our true feelings and allow us a forum in which to boldly speak about real life experiences. We have vowed to develop into more than a book club and have successfully reached our horizons and peaks as we frequently host and sponsor an influx of authors and social events within the African American community.
