We are ten 50+ Sistahs, based in Southern California, who have been friends for years and share, among other things, an interest in African-American authors and writings. We are a diverse group and our divergent interests lead to informative and animated dialog at our 'theme' meetings, held each month. We attend cultural events as a group, on a regular basis, and often just spend time together as 'sistahs.' We publish a quarterly newsletter and welcome inquiries about our group.
