The Tactile Virus is carried by all in the Untouchable World and thus makes the Untouchable World dangerous to any who have not been infected which is most Urbaners and every Urbaner of Urban Command 259. The Untouchable world has Roamers, mysterious figures whose identity, allegiance, purposes are usually unknown to Urbaners or Untouchables alike making them a danger to both.
