We all know him, we all love him, it is the incomparable , the dashing, the best friend in the world, Frozone; known as Lucius Best , to his wife, Honey Best, friends, like Mr. Incredible , and of course the National Supers Agency, NSA.

The following are all of Frozones scenes from the first Incredibles movie.

Your task is to add to the superhero lore of this legend. Superman prays to him, Spider man idolizes him, Mr. Incredible can always rely on him. MY EXAMPLE:

TITLE: MARITAL ICE

This is not the morning Frozone hoped for. The plan was to calmly spend the morning of his wedding to Honey side his parents plus grandparents, after a great bachelor party hosted by Bob Parr where various male supers enjoyed a dance by Queen Cobra aside her sisters [ for their work release program] the night before. Instead, Lucius Best has to involve himself with a crime by Gravitron this morning, not because the criminal is attracting gold plus diamonds throughout the city, because the criminal has taken Honey's engagement ring plus the wedding rings Lucius side Honey plan on sharing later today. Honey already explained to Lucius how upset she was and how upset she will be, so Frozone is out this morning stalling gold or diamonds by freezing; he hopes to find all three rings before the wedding. Luckily, it is now 9:10 am and Mr. Incredible, Blitzerman, Gamma Jack, Gazerbeam restrained Gravitron and stopped his Gravoball 4.5 . Now Lucuis Best has fifty minutes to find the three rings, get dressed in his wedding suit and be ready to happily bind his soul forever with Honey Abelha.

  An explosion lit up the night, and his life was turned inside-out.  "No, stop! There's a bomb!" For all the good it did, he might as well have been yelling at a brick wall. The kid had launched himself from the window, the home-made cape fluttering inches out of reach of his outstretched hand. He wasn't sure how long he'd stood there as the fluttering scrap of blue darted down and away. It might have been a few seconds, a few hours, a few days for all he could remember. The flash from the ground had come an eternity later, followed shortly by a bone-grinding rumble that he had felt on the sixteenth story of the First National building.  ...
