January, in a year, inside a gentle home, a real estate agent is inside a hall aside a customer.

"Mrs. Sussy, wasn't this painting different last week"

Mrs. Sussy look at the painting of the house in the house and reply:" No Mrs. Yam. You know this is a work by Safed Samael, remember, legally attached to this house and why it is a great bargain"

A man sneak on and cuddles Mrs. Yam, while Mrs. Sussy step aside: "I saw the attic C, it can fit my work room...what"

"The painting was different last week Ras, you see that..."

"It seems a pentimento, a figure covered over"

Mrs. Sussy impatiently ask: "Well Yams, will you?..."

The female Yam has worry but nod positive and the male Yam agree.

Late June, the same year, two women are inside a gentle home, carrying heavy bags.

"Sug, thanks for helping"

"No problem Kim...this house looks big enough for all the afterschool activities"

"Yes...but I wish we could get rid... of that"

"The town said the house and painting come together non negotiably"

"Look at it, is that this building with so much decay and splotches of red?"

"No, this house is immaculate, maybe we can cover it?"

"Good idea, all the signs of dereliction will bring us down"

December, the same year, a man exit his car with a painting, while speaking on the phone.

"Yes, Honey! I know you dislike the portrait...Hahaha...the appraiser said it is! the Samael of Pleinlan...you were right, not the house...yes, in the scanned underpainting is the Pre-Raphaelite... the best while frightening under the worst example of mimesis, both disturbing to my wife...yes I do too,... mailing it to its subject after a put up everything...Haha!... yes it will not be here when you get home"

What made you decide to have the Yams buy it despite the weird vibes?

I think most new home owners are willing to tolerate negativity from one aspect of the home. the house looks immaculant, even if the painting of the house in the house does not.

is the underpainting meant to be the real subject all along?

No, as an artist and a student of art history i comprehend that art resources used to be expensive. a quality canvas wasn't something every artist had which is why many artist reused canvases making works painting on canvases cleaned off. Now in this case, the underpainting was painted over not cleaned off, but the magic went onto the image above
