Desiree is a writer and teacher from Long Beach, California, now residing in San Antonio. She began writing in 2004, after teaching for a few years in public schools. She began Rose Writers Workshops and leads creative writing workshops for adults and youth. Desiree also teaches academic writing to school age children.
