I am not talking about gentrified areas and even then on average, black people dont get offered much for their homes. In general, when I look up homes in the Black community, most of the homes cap at 300 to 350k. Does anyone know why?

The modding in white forums is a bit better and a bit more strict compared to black forums. The pinnacle of many black forums is the ability to freely talk poorly about other black people, all kinds of black people. I been banned from television forums and white forums for simply pointing out someone sexuality. It wasn't malicious either. Many people have extremely low self esteem so talking ish about other black people gives them a high. This is precisely why they come onto Black forums and key words to look for when you suspect someone is white or in digital blackface, they will constantly call another black person "ugly" or "stupid". Its frequent.

The sneakiness of the moderators is also another issue. They have their hands in many other black sites who all suffered the same. It eventually gets run over by white trolls. Its the same formula every time. S2S forum, nike forum, allhiphop, blackvoices, etc. The gateway is usually a bunch of self hating black people, then enter the non black people then eventually it get run over by racist trolls.

Black people are finished in that "other" groups will make it unbearable to work and live there. Before the new mayor, this was a huge issue and now its going to get worse. 

Destee banned me because they could not handle logic. While I was getting cursed out for no reason by a few black posters, I stuck to my question and the owner banned me. 

Black people in NYC are finished.

After I created this post in 2017 someone who identified themselves as "Condi" say that Lipstick Alley was indeed Black-owned.  They are currently #12 on my top Black-owned sites, thought that may change after I update the ranking in a few minutes.

 

I'll research ownership again.

 

What would it take to get these discussion forums poppin' they way LSA was b in its Black-owned prime, or is that impossible in the age of social media?

I was once told that if black people stopped gossiping then they wouldn't have anything to talk about. I have noticed this at work especially. So, if you want to get these forums "poppin" you better start gossiping
