Those who have sense enough pretty much ALREADY do this.

We have plenty of Black judges and prosecutors at various levels.
This was in New York, I believe.
Instead of chasing Puffy Daddy and Jay Z around trying to nail THEM on shit they did at some party 20 years ago....why don't some of these Black lawyers, judges, and prosecutors go after that subway killer?

The Black folks in law enforcement and the judicial system are often tasked with going after their own people.

 

The subway killer was put on trial. The jury acquitted him.

Or maybe the Feds need to get involved and charge him with violating the brother's Civil Rights.

I believe NY DA Alvin Bragg who's also Black was responsible for handling this case. 

 

DA Bragg filed a couple charges against the killer.  He dropped the most serious charge.  Hoped lesser charge would convict.  Nothing stuck.  Acquitted.

 

The family is pursuing a civil case.  That would only provide money if they win their case.  The killer still won't be punished.

 

So far, POTUS Biden's Department of Justice hasn't gotten involved in the case.  Considering their time is winding down, I seriously doubt they will charge the white killer with Civil Rights violations. 

 

The incoming administration under POTUS OJ definitely won't be pursuing federal charges in this case. 

 

During a post-trial press conference, brotha Harry from BLM said the quiet out loud in terms of Black self-defense and vigilantism.

 

Black people have to take justice into their own hands if they want to stop this sh8t from happening. 

 

Otherwise, Black people will always be sitting ducks for racists killers to get away with murder.

Bro, we've been hearing this for over 50 years.
Many of those who have enough sense ALREADY ARE taking justice into their own hands, and don't need to be encouraged and begged to do so.

After every tragedy you see some of these so-called "Black leaders" stand up behind a microphone or infront of a camera telling Black folks to "unite" and "demand justice" and "watch out" and "be careful" and "prepare to defend yourself".

If most of the people they were preaching to had sense, they would be doing that ANYWAY.

Look at what happened after our sista down in Illinois....Sonya Massey...was murdered!.
What did our people do collectively to ensure that never happen again?
 

Face it....
Many of our people are clueless, drunk, stupid, high, and just don't give a fuck and no amount of teaching or preaching will make them get it together.

Jordan Neely's father is already being framed as an opportunist who had little or nothing to do with helping his son. Hopefully, they will win the civil rights case.
