@Delano I'm hearing some very dire and ominous predictions in connection with the upcoming solar eclipse. What's the word from the astrology community??

I'll see what the general vibe is about upcoming predictions.

I only know one astrologer who does astrology about world events who got one prediction correct and I haven't seen anything from him.

 

Astrologers will post a chart from a future start and say something will happen. I haven't seen them be correct. What does happen is a chart can be ominous but nothing happens.

 

However I know one Hindu Astrologer palm and tarot reader personally. He does predictions. He is very good.  Based on what he posts we are in a critical time. He looks at food shortages and market corrections et cetera. The general feel is we are in transition.

 

When Trump was first running for President I had said we are having paradigm shifts. That was back in 2016. I feel that the next five or so years we are at the crossroads. I think the biggest issues will be the global economy and wealth consolidation.

 

The US appears to be well on its road to becoming a third world country. Which will spawn more violence and general tension. I also feel China may face economic and or social disruption. In the US and Australia there is increase in gambling and drug usage. Which is symptomatic of escapism and loss if faith in the national dream of a better life for your children and home ownership.

 

I have seen a rise in homelessness in Sydney. 

 It's also an issue in other parts of Australia. I work and live with people in their 20's. They are a different breed although I don't know if they will be different enough to solve the problems they will inherit.

Very "dire" and "ominous" for WHO????

 

Perhaps the same event that may seem dire and ominous for those who are ruling this world with injustice will be welcomed relief and ecstasy for those who have longed for justice.

I'm not sure what kind of "paradigm shift" you're speaking of.

White folks were running the world BEFORE 2016 and 7 years later they're STILL running the world.

What "shift" took place?

Some of those very young people you speak of are working with the rulers of this world to MAINTAIN the conditions that you call "problems".

Homelessness and drug use are problems for the homeless person and the drug user...NOT for the ones who  benefit off of their suffering.
 

These so-called "problems" are manufactured for people to make money from.

 

You may see them as "different" but rest assured, the younger elites are working with the older elites and learning from them on how to stay in power.
They aren't confused or in a daze about how to make the world a "better place".
It's ALREADY a great place for them.

@Delanoturns out these dire predictions floating around have their origin in the conspiracy theory community. They speak about  the Cern reactor in Switzerland giving  off all kinds of signals that something is on a collision course with Earth and the speculation is that it might be an asteroid know as the devils comet  which is due to come this way in its regular pass by earth. This is  all  supposedly influenced by and connected with the sun being eclipsed by the moon  And of course the religious nuts are saying all of this has been foreseen and will culminate in a cataclysmic explosion leading to the beginning of the end for the world.  An amateur Astrologist acquaintance of mine complies with your observation that there are turbulent times ahead... Business as usual on the little blue planet.

That's false. I don't know this Astrologer but I like how he presents and he admits he got it wrong in the past

Folks have moved away from UFO/UFA sightings and being abducted and probed to believing aliens are manipulating the solar system.
