She is 77-Years Old! 

 

What an inspiration. Personally, I am not focused on trying to reverse my age, but I do want to be healthy.

There will always be a handful of folks who can defy age in terms of looks and health.

 

This beautiful and fit lady is an example of being the exception.👏🏿
