ProfD Posted August 23, 2024 Report Posted August 23, 2024 https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-news/dnc-harris-trump-campaign-news-08-23-24/index.html Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.) dropped out of the POTUS race today. He's having his name removed from the ballot in 10 battleground states. In what should not be a shock or surprise, RFK Jr. is throwing his support behind former POTUS Orange Julius. After masquerading as an Independent candidate, RFK Jr. has fully revealed himself leaning to the Right. It has been said that RFK Jr. may be looking for a seat in the administration if former POTUS OJ wins the election in November. The reality show that American politics has become is in full swing.

Pioneer1 Posted August 24, 2024 Report Posted August 24, 2024 I'm surprised....but I'm not surprised. I'm not surprised that he was going to drop out. I thought he had dropped out a long time ago to be honest with you. However I thought he was supposedly "far left"....so why would throw his support behind Trump of all people? Like you said, perhaps he's looking for a spot on Trump's cabinet.

The former POTUS is willing to entertain him in some capacity. Half this country is nuts considering these clowns have a platform.
Pioneer1 Posted August 25, 2024 Report Posted August 25, 2024 Most WHITE Trump supporters aren't crazy. I think most of the Black ones are.....lol...but most of the White ones aren't. They know EXACTLY what they are doing when they support Trump and why they support him. Most of them are DECEIVED, because he's not going to carry out the agenda that they expect him to if he gets in....like he didn't last time; but they do know what they are expecting out of him. A lot of the Black people that I know who support Trump are doing so strictly for IMMIGRATION alone. They seriously believe that this dude is going to do some sort of "mass deportation" and send all of the illegal immigrants back to their own countries.....lol They SERIOUSLY believe this. I've talked to DOZENS of Black folks I know in real life who support Trump ONLY because of this and they sincerely believe that he will do this.

More Black supporters may be riding with him on the naive belief that he'll fix immigration. He won't and can't. That's why the wall was never really built. Most Black conservatives were on the team before immigration became a political football. They have been led to believe in the same Right wing agenda as poor whites, racists and rich white folks. From a comedic perspective, I'd love to see how those same conservative Black folks react if they found themselves back on the equivalent of a plantation.
Pioneer1 Posted August 25, 2024 Report Posted August 25, 2024 Although I don't agree with them, I actually have more respect for the Black Sell-outs (those who are paid to do so or given positions for doing so) who support Trump and the Republicans, than for the regular Black folks on the street who simply support him because of his rhetoric. Atleast Black Republican officials are getting TANGIBLES for their betrayal of the Black community. Which again...I DO NOT endorse.

There's no difference between a house and field n8gga in the grand scheme of things. Black folks need to get off those plantations. Butter biscuits aren't nutritious. 1

I agree and I did not mean to suggest that supporters of RFK Jr. are too. The Black Republicans I know are socially and fiscally conservative. They also despise the ghetto subculture. They also buy into all of the rightwing rhetoric that people are the only reason we lag behind white people as a group economically.

If you play close enough attention, you'll realize that MOST Black Trump supporters aren't Conservative at all. Most Black Republicans have traditionally been more fiscally and religiously Conservative....and remain so. But Trump is galvanizing a NEW breed of Black constituents who can't correctly be called Conservative and definitely not Liberal....but seem to follow him and him alone in whatever he says and does. There are dudes out there who are in an out of jail, smoke weed all day, have several baby mamas...and haven't been to church since their mother made them go...but are die-hard Trump supports. I think they don't care about his policies so much as his boldness and arrogant attitude that they're attracted to. And then you have another large group of Black people who support Trump ONLY because of what they THINK he will do about the immigration problem.
