It is still of his freewill. He signed up for it. He wasn't forced.

 

He submitted himself to their authority.
His choice to do so was free-will, but when he agrees to that position.....he forfeits his free-will and right to do and say as he pleases.

 

Like most employers.

You had free will to CHOOSE the job.
But after you've chosen and are under their authority, you have to submit yourself to their THEIR will....not yours.
