Gas Station Full Service Re-Incarnated

Featured Replies

Although full service stations are "technically" obsolete....the "hustle culture" has re-incarnated it, lol.

It has come back in a DIFFERENT form.

If you pull up to a gas station in the 'hood, you'll likely be mobbed by a dozen kids and junkies trying to pump your gas for money.
Since they can't do it at the stop lights anymore, they'll even clean your windshields while pumping your gas...lol.

And if you dare to get out of your car to go into the service station you have to get through a crowd of people trying to sell you everything from mix-tapes, to fake gold jewelry, to weaves.

The Old Heads used to say.....
The game don't change, only the players....lol.

As mentioned in the other thread, I've seen the gas station hustle culture. Not so much where I live.

Years ago, someone would offer to pump gas with a credit card they found in exchange for cash.🤣

Of course, I couldn't get down with it on principality 😁😎
