On Friday, 3 October, the judge gave Diddy 50 months in the penalty box and a $500k fine.

 

Diddy has already served 12 months or so. Remains to be seen which federal penitentiary he will be confined.

 

Wherever Diddy lands, the next 38 months or so will be a breeze compared to the detention center he's currently housed.

 

There's also the outside possibility that POTUS OJ could pardon Diddy before he gets comfortable in the fed pen.

 

From the trial circus to the melodramatic sentencing, Diddy will be free before the next election.

 

No need to feel sorry for Diddy. He's still a rich Black man.😎

It's hard to believe he's been locked up for nearly a year.

Do you believe they'll actually APPLY the time he served in jail to his prison sentence and reduce it to 38 months?

I want to see some actual recent pictures of him.
I want to see what his hair and beard look like.
If they look anything like the court drawings they've been showing in the media.

The sentence doesn't have to be reduced. Diddy will get credit for time served.

 

That's why his lawyers were trying to get his sentence in the range of 14 months.

 

Then, he would have been released on Friday for time served because he's been locked up for more than 80% of 14 months.
