ProfD Posted Monday at 09:25 PM Report Posted Monday at 09:25 PM https://www.cnn.com/2025/08/20/food/mcdonalds-combo-lower-prices Admittedly, I have not eaten McDonald's food in about 25 years or longer. As a result, I had no idea that McDonald's value meals had soared to $10 dollars or more. In an effort to make offerings more affordable, McD's will be lowering the price of some value meals. While it won't inspire me to start eating there, I think it's a great move especially for people and families who don't have much money. McDonald's was the one place $5 could buy a meal. Anyone should still be able to get that without having to buy the equivalent of a Happy Meal.
Pioneer1 Posted Monday at 09:49 PM Report Posted Monday at 09:49 PM Pork is very cheap. Always has been. I think it's about the cheapest form of meat in the market. Someone claimed the Honorable Elijah Muhammad said that White folks wanted our people to eat pork so badly that if we actually got together and stopped eating it they'd start GIVING IT AWAY TO US FOR FREE, just to get us to eat it. There's a reason why. And it's the same with this "dollar menu" garbage you see being pushed by McDonalds, Taco Bell, and these other fast food merchants of disease and death. Anytime you see these people pushing certain products and foods and lowering the prices to encourage it's consumption....there's a nefarious motive behind it. Like you said in another thread, they get profit from treating the symptoms instead of curing the disease. Now take that a step further and recognize how they CAUSE the diseases in the first place. The intelligent ones of our community have actually been knowing this for DECADES now. "Always knew that I would clock gee's But welcome to McDonalds can I take your order please Gotta serve food that might give you cancer Cuz' my baby don't take NO for an answer" "Fast food got them feeling sick Them crackers think they slick By trying to make this bullshit affordable"

POTUS OJ eats McDonald's a lot. Let's see if it works. I believe most of McDonald's meat product is ground beef and chicken. Maybe their breakfast menu has pork. Not sure since I don't eat it.
Pioneer1 Posted Monday at 11:20 PM Report Posted Monday at 11:20 PM ProfD Rats can eat garbage and not get sick...lol. Most so-called meat at McDonalds as well as Taco Bell isn't meat at all....lol. It's what's known as "pink slime"....some sort of bioengineered substance made up in a laboratory. In some cases it's actually ground up insects and insect larvae (maggots).

I've heard something similar. Would be a travest to the American people if the Food & Drug Administration is allowing GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) and other meat substitutes. However, it would be consistent with capitalism and greed. Sell the cheapest product for the most money. People get sick and die on schedule. The rich get richer.
Pioneer1 Posted Tuesday at 01:08 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 01:08 AM Ok bro, start at the 13 minute mark and enjoy the rest of the program.....lol.
ProfD Posted Tuesday at 04:03 AM Author Report Posted Tuesday at 04:03 AM Brotha Rizza Islam brings his receipts to the chop session. I understand the food products he was referring to in the video. Especially between chemicals in produce and testing engineered food in other countries. I still contend that restaurants and food establishments here in the USA cannot use meat substitutes without disclosing it. Unless FDA is in on the trickery.
Pioneer1 Posted Tuesday at 09:18 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 09:18 PM One of the arts of effective deception is CONFUSION. They don't make ALL of it poisonous or grind it up from roaches and maggots....lol. That'll make it too easy for you, because you'll simply avoid ALL of it and live a nice healthy life. What they do is play psychological games to keep enticing you to eat of it. Not only do they continue to lower the price but they'll make SOME of it from real meat and SOME of it from worms and poisons but they'll keep you guessing as to which is made out of what, because they know most people will take a chance and eat what they "think" is the healthier choice.

Once we start thinking along those lines, it is better to buy meats and produce directly from trustworthy butchers and farmers. 1
Troy Posted yesterday at 04:47 AM Report Posted yesterday at 04:47 AM I’m sure McDonald’s is trash food. I go maybe once or twice a year always during a road trip for a fast hot breakfast I can eat in the car. I imagine eating there every day as bad as smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. I know a lot of people who swear pork is so bad but they eat cows and chickens. My only real aversion to eating pork is that pigs are relatively intelligent animals if I had to slaughter one myself I probably wouldn’t bother and fry up some fish instead. As far as eating bugs, I don’t see a problem with it. Brother Rizza is talking like eating insects is crazy. I don’t understand — it is probably healthier than eating a goat or chicken. Many African cultures consume insects He sounds childish on the subject.

Pioneer1 Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago Troy It depends on the TYPE of insect being eaten. Maybe a grasshopper that primarily munches on grass is acceptable for a human to eat, but what about flies and their maggot larva? I don't see how anything that feasts on dead and rotting flesh can be healthy for humans to consume.

Pioneer1 Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago So we don't know WHERE the insects and their larva are coming from to concoct some of this "meat" they're peddling to the public. Roaches and flies and many of these other insects are nature's scavengers and were meant to eat the waste...not BE eaten.

ProfD Posted 17 hours ago Author Report Posted 17 hours ago Hopefully, McDonald's won't get the bright idea to start using insects and bugs to sell McRoaches and McCrickets and McButterflies.
