I'm not a fan of hers, but I do recognize that Arianna IS a great singer.
Probably due to a number of factors, including:
-Like so many White RnB artists, she grew up observing AfroAmerican singers and started imitating their style
-She's of Italian descent so that African blood no doubt had contributed to her vocal muscles, rhythm, and talent in general.

Remember, she sang at Aretha Franklin's funeral.
 

I don't have a problem with HER personally; it's the movie itself that I take issue with.

 

 

 

 

 

I do hear a little about appealing to the LBGT movement, but how?

Without having seen the movie, one reason is because one of the main actresses....Cynthia Erivo....is either Lesbian or Bisexual.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyway, I have not been to the movies in years, so I don't keep up with holidays blockbusters anymore. 

Don't worry, you ain't missing much.
The only time I go is when I have to take somebody who wants to go....lol.
Me personally, I'd rather wait until it comes out online and watch it at home on the big screen.

But if you haven't been to a movie theater in years...one thing you might find surprising is the fact that they now serve LIQUOR in most theaters....lol.
