If a person is blind, there is definitely a limit on their sight..

The freedom of humanity hasn't been without NATURAL limits, no.
But in my opinion the natural limits and disabilities don't count because they are obvious and usually don't involve another human restricting you but nature doing so.
....usually....because some disabilities are inflicted by other humans either intentionally or by accident.

A totally free person is one living out in the woods in the wild.
But even they have limits on how fast they can run, how far they can see, what they can do, how long they can live, etc....
