I see that you banner has a woman. Does the photo now look familiar? When I upgraded the system, there was an option to use the poster's Facebook banner as the banner here.  You can see mine was used: https://aalbc.com/tc/profile/9056-troy/

 

My understanding was that it would be used if there was no banner already in place.  You can easily remove it or put something else up if you like.
