Yvette Moore
Yvette Moore is a writer and publisher living in Brooklyn, New York, with her family. Her book Freedom Songs was originally published by Orchard Books and later in paperback by Penguin Publishing’s Puffin Books. Ms. Moore re-issued Freedom Songs through her company, Jubilee Year Communications. She is also the author of Just Sketching, a sequel to Freedom Songs and The Birth of Christ, a colorful rendition of the Christmas story for children of all ages.
Ms. Moore is also director of communications for the nearly 800,000-member United Methodist Women.
