Andre R. Thornton is a young African American man who defines himself and is out to dispel the common myth.

An aspiring artist and poet, Andre, gives birth to a collection of poems designed to mentally stimulate his audience. He currently resides in Columbia, Maryland and has been writing for several years. He is also a visual artist, illustrating charcoal portraits as well as computer generated artwork, which is featured on Art Expo.com.
