Biography of Anita L. Helm
Anita L. Helm is an author and transformational presenter. She allows readers into the intimate and traumatic moments of her life. Her story is raw and transparent in areas of our lives that are too shame-filled to expose. With her international podcast Milkshake Mondays, God’s Word Explained she reaches the masses.
Her leadership is demonstrated across every walk of life—from business leaders, coaches, clergy, and community activists, to neighborhoods. As a lifelong learner, Anita allows her life to be her classroom. She is an open book. She has authored and narrated her personal memoir A Leap of Faith: A Life Filled With Questionable Choices and co-authored Fast and Hard: From Addictions to Redemption with Matthew Tyner, Sr. and Michael Melnik.
Anita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Speech. She has a Master’s Degree in Administration.
