Katherine Shears

Katherine Shears is an executive consultant who is dedicated to bettering the social function and overall visibility of all she encounters. She is a deep thinker with an open mind who stays on the cutting edge of learning, having read over one hundred self-help titles and counting. She is determined to uplift, motivate, and continually help those who are looking to help themselves through self transformation. She enjoys introducing the problems of society’s people to sometimes unobvious solutions. Her goal is not to reinvent the wheel. It is to meet the problems caused by ignorance, poverty and misinformation head-on with knowledge and nurturing logic. She enjoys watching and witnessing the learning process in action. She gets a thrill out of being there at the moment when someone is actually learning something that will positively impact and change their lives. When it comes to progress, her efforts to make a difference have only been bested by her desire to see others champion their own potential. She believes that each person has infinite opportunities towards self-development and personal transformation. She is a child of struggle and excellence, which makes it easy for her to relate to all those who are potentially caught between the two in their efforts to rise up and progress. Through listening to a person, she’s intuitively able to hear what the person might need, and then she's able to recommend what would elevate the person to a higher state of mind. She is an intimately thoughtful soldier, using compassion, patience and understanding as the very dish that she uses to nurture, share and serve uplifting and fortifying morsels of useful information. For this reason, she is being called by many the “self-help soul food chef.”
