PSE Institute (Planting Seeds of Excellence) was launched in 2009 by Sondai K. Lester as an educational consulting company. The services have been primarily related to working with teachers, parenting groups, community leaders, and administrators on 21st Century education strategies consistent with a global, wired world. PSE places special emphasis on Black child development and African American fathers as parents and co-parents, supporting key stakeholders as they plant seeds of excellence early in their children’s lives.
