African Books Collective (ABC) is an African owned, worldwide marketing and distribution outlet for books from Africa — scholarly, literature and children’s books. Founded, owned and governed by a group of African publishers.

“Asè [Ah-shay] is a Yoruba word that means “it is done.” This word is typically said after meditating. Personally, it connotes resistance. The energy that surrounds this word after I meditate is the energy I want this store to offer.

Located in Pines Plaza in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, the Tiny Bookstore has 300 square feet of bestsellers, new books, bargain books, gifts, toys, and collectibles.

Underground Books opened in the summer of 2003 and is the literary hub of Oak Park. Since the closing of the only library in Oak Park in the 1970’s, it became the mission of St. HOPE founder, Kevin Johnson, to ensure that the students and the community had access to books. As part of the larger 40 Acres Cultural Center, Underground Books is a nonprofit under St. HOPE and has become a gathering place for neighborhood residents.

Wonders of the World is an online multicultural children's book and toy store! We also delight in making hand made stationery and book accessories.
