Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival – Author Village

The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival is an annual, cultural arts & music festival that takes place over the course of 10 days in Tampa Bay, Florida. 2017 was the 17th anniversary of the celebration (#TBBHF17).
