ProfD It's humans. We created AI. No other beings involved. Well, you're agnostic so you don't acknowledge any other Beings TO be involved.....lol. However, considering that every book, magazine, journal, paper, etc. ever written can be fed into databases, that's still a lot of knowledge to train/teach AI. Is it training or teaching AI ? ....or simply feeding it to AI and programming AI ? I put training and teaching in the same category as learning.....it requires consciousness. The concern is that a human could use AI to figure out the launch codes for a nuclear weapon. I'm sure it already has. In this case....the AI is the COMPUTERS that have been controlling it for decades now. Deeper concern is that AI could go off script & find something else. Similar to what it did a month or so ago in hacking another system. I didn't follow that story, but the question is did AI go off script on it's own....or did a human TAKE it off the agreed script? Or maybe a malfunction? frankster It is programmed to Learn......Self Taught. My definition of learning is having the awareness that you ARE receiving knowledge. It's not self taught because humans have to add to it's database. What is Learning? Fundamentally Learning is acquiring New.... Knowledge Skills and Experience*. I can agree with that definition. However because AI isn't aware or conscious....it can't acquire KNOWLEDGE or EXPERIENCE something. KNOWLEDGE means to "know"....ACKNOWLEDGE....be aware of the information presented to you. Unlike a human or even a house cat....a computer in my opinion can't "learn" but can only be programmed or FED the information it's designer wants it to have because it's not self-aware. What is Awareness? Acknowledgement and perception of something....especially yourself. AI has some amount of Awareness.....certain Degree or Type of Awareness. Unless it's deceptively controlled by Intelligent Beings that the public is un..lol..aware of, it can't be aware of itself. It can only regurgitate the information programmed into it. So if you ask it a question....IT doesn't respond out of awareness but will respond with the response it's programmer designed it to respond with. In other words.... You say get morning and ask it how it's doing....the only reason it says hello and asks you the same is because that's how it was programmed to respond. Learning is basic to the Evolutionary process. Since AI is Programmed to Learn.....Then it must have the Ability to Evolve They're calling it "learning" for lack of a more accurate term....but it's actually programming Your reasoning is quaint....Thats like saying a Mannequin and a Robot are the same because they are both Artificial They both ARE the same in that they have no Soul or Consciousness Artificial apples weren't design to learn...most artificial apples are design to be decorative. AI Reproduction maybe more a matter of Learning New Functions based on its Access to Information and or Replication by using Available Materials in its Environment to Computers can be programmed to process information quicker and more efficiently but again...."learning" requires consciousness in my opinion. No....they not all Racist because Societies are comprised of Individuals....of varying social Classes and Beliefs Exactly. But you were willing to say "Western Society" is racist....regardless of the many individuals IN Western Society who are not racist. Now if you say "they".... Then"they" refers to every person of a class group or type No, not necessarily. It refers to ALL or EVERY if you INCLUDE THOSE WORDS....but if not then it only refers to the racists you speak of. In other words.... If I say I don't do business with racist ass White folks...that doesn't mean ALL White folks...just the racist ones. All White Folks mean.....Every Single Member of that specific Group All of Western Society means....Every groups with that Specific Society Ok, and who said "all" in our initial exchange of them? A Society is a Group of Groups.. A Race is A Group of Individuals who share One or more characteristics in Common....as opposed to other Groups who share other traits in Common A society is a group of groups AND a group of individuals. ProfD What exactly do these dudes DO that warrants them to be paid so much? I've worked in places where you have the owner(s) AND the President AND the CEO all at the top. I can understand the owner hiring somebody to take care of the grunt work so they could lounge around all day, but you don't need SEVERAL men to do that. I thought about it as a kid but didn't hear anybody else mention it until I heard Neely Fuller Jr. repeat the same observation during an interview with Mr.Bobby (you remember Mr.Bobby don't you....lol) when he asked what do these "business men" do all day in these buildings? You see them get up early to go into these buildings dressed up in suits with brief cases and they walk out at the end of the day and get into expensive cars and drive away to expensive homes. But what are they doing? "Business"....but what kind of "business"????? Busy as hell.....doing what? Walking fast up and down the streets of New York and Chicago in suits with brief cases in their hands...stressed out....over what? Busy....too busy to stop and talk? Just enough time to grab a cup of coffee and a roll then run into the building....to have meetings! Meetings about what???? Sometimes I wonder if it's just a bunch of White folks sitting up deciding how to divide all of the money they generated from the printing presses of the National Treasury....lol.

It's true. The owners & controllers of global capital using power & technology available to them make decisions & produce outcomes that affect the human population throughout the planet. For example, despite the dust-up with Iran, there is no reason that Americans should be paying more for gass at the pump when the USA took over oil in Venezuela. Gas should be dirt cheap in the USA right now but instead, oil companies are allowed to make record profits.😎

Technology has always been used for good or bad. A nuclear bomb still requires a human to initiate launch codes. AI requires a human to initiate an action. The concern is that a human could use AI to figure out the launch codes for a nuclear weapon. Deeper concern is that AI could go off script & find something else. Similar to what it did a month or so ago in hacking another system. I still believe humans are always behind the BS. They're just gonna blame AI when sh8t goes left.😎

So if there's some slick shit going on where it seems as if "AI" is trying to out smart or compete with humans....we know it's not really "AI" but actually some OTHER Beings (human or non-human) programing AI to do this. Everything humans know is being dumped into computer databases. Or atleast what those in power WANT you to know. There is still a lot of knowledge not being put online. And it gets deeper........ There are people who's job is to search the internet and find information that they don't want on it and "scrub" it from the web! Bottom line is that AI is being trained/taught to process information beyond human intelligence. There are some folks who believe AI could go rogue one day.😎 That requires MALICIOUS intent. The only way AI itself could go rogue is if it had consciousness to it to independently decide to turn on it's maker.

Robots & drones are examples of highly functional computers. AI is being trained/programmed to search through a vast repository of information to answer questions &/or solve problems. When dealing with a subject &/or trying to solve a problem(s), humans scour through books, magazines, articles, journals, interviews, etc. to gather data required. Everything humans know is being dumped into computer databases. Using algorithms, AI can access billions of pieces of information in a fraction of the time it would take humans. This is a auper-simplification of AI. An in-depth breakdown would require a white paper beyond the scope of this thread. Bottom line is that AI is being trained/taught to process information beyond human intelligence. There are some folks who believe AI could go rogue one day.😎

I don't believe true AI can. Artificial Intelligence can't evolve into something better any more than an artificial apple can evolve into producing seeds that can be planted to produce more artificial apples. It's simply biologically impossible. But if you have a group of Beings CALLING Themselves AI or being presented as such.....sure....THEY can. frankster Apparently.....Now it does. In the past some whites had no scruples on using tech to get what they desired....no matter who or what was destroyed - including other whites. That seems to be the case...not just in the past...but TODAY. In Ukraine right now Whites are slaughtering eachother at the behest of elitists on both sides who are keeping this conflict going for some reason known to them. It would seemed to them or they are making it appear as a serious danger. I think they are crying wolf and making it APPEAR as a serious danger. If it WAS a serious danger....they probably wouldn't even be talking about it. One of the things I've observed in this society is that many if not most SERIOUS dangers are generally not announced or discussed in the media. White folks will pretend that everything is OK or as if it doesn't even exists right up until the last moment when it presents itself as a clear and obvious issue. Examples: The Flood in New Orleans. The Riots in Los Angeles and later on in Minneapolis. These were events originally barely reported on by the media until they got so big the media had no choice but TO report them. On the other hand, if the White establishment is making a big deal over them and preaching gloom and doom over and over again....they most likely know the outcome. Examples: Y2K and the big "nothing" that happened. December 2012 and the Mayan Calendar predicting the end of the world. Think of the thousands of years of dooms day and end of the world predictions that came and went. If they are preaching on it and trying to scare people....it's usually orchestrated. I cannot agree that all of the above is true of all white people. Ofcouse not. Who said anything about "all" or absolutes? If we say Western society is a racist society....would you stand up and object to that statement based on the fact that not "all" people in the West are racist? ProfD Despite having financial security for the rest of their lives, the retirement eligible person is afraid to let go of the 9 to 5 routine because they don't have anything else to do with that time.😎 And you see that much of the time, when people retire from their jobs they die shortly after. It's as if they didn't have a purpose for living any more. But isn't it something that you have so many older people who LOVE getting up early in the morning and working all day for months and years but some healthy young people can't keep a job for a damn WEEK. Start complaining about having to get up in the morning. ....they're too tired. ....the work is too hard. ....the boss looked at them cross-eyed and they don't take that from "nobody". ....they're looking for something better. They got time to drive around the whole city going from one dispensary to the next looking for some strawberry smelling marijuana but can't make it to work on time...lol.

Yeah...... I don't know about the "specialist" part but I do remember sometime in the 90s garbage men became "sanitation workers". Janitors became custodians and "maintenance workers". At first I thought it was a stretch to believe most people don't realize PC * stands for "personal computer" but then I realized how old I was and how many young people under 30 probably DID NOT know this. I used to argue with people who asked me did I have a "Mac" or a "pc". I used to tell them that a Mac WAS a pc....just a particular brand, lol. I remember when the ONLY personal computers were IBM and Commodores...lol. *Or that it could also stand for "politically correct"....lol.

Nope. Just pops into my head depending on subject matter. 🤣 Right. Brooks was a case study in being institutionalized. The man had been in prison for so long & had gotten used to the routine of it that living as a free person was impossible to do. People are institutionalized in different ways. For example, some folks are afraid to retire from their jobs. Despite having financial security for the rest of their lives, the retirement eligible person is afraid to let go of the 9 to 5 routine because they don't have anything else to do with that time.😎

Renaming stuff has been around for a long time. I remember when trash truck men became sanitation specialists & janitors were reclassified as custodians. Most people probably don't remember that PC actually stands for Personal Computer. Telephones have gone from wire & hand-held speaker/mic to a fully integrated computer one carries around as a cellphone (cellular device). Politics & technology often change how we see & name & do things. It's been ongoing since automobiles became cars.😎

Days later, starving, still, exiting the shafts to the first residential area, the Common Man use the map to find the Public Pantry; finally success, he enter the old pantry, now a garden of mushrooms, and eats or gathers only what he knows to be safe; after a day to settle, he continue the climb through various hallways original or fabricated through chaos to the base of the Great Concourse, a spiral ramp once effective as a grand hybrid roadway or railway that exists through all levels upward; from the Course going upward, he see foreign while greater and greater structures on top of each other, in ever-increasing grandeur even undeniably decayed. After a month The Common Man found the summit, a flat landscape of uneven pebbles allowing him to see the sky anywhere across; he uses the map and measures where his prize may be. Objective Reality is things as they Are.... We humans are limited to only a narrow Range of Perception... Furthermore we in the West only recognize five forms of Perceptions....Senses The Ancient Schools of thoughts....Has informed us that Objective reality is primarily Vibrational. These Vibrations are of Different Frequencies These Frequencies create Fields/Domains........ of Force Or Energy. In our Shared Reality we perceive these Vibration as we label define and delineate them....as the color purple or a sound or a cat or star In short our Objective world as we commonly understand it would look very different if we could perceive beyond our range of perception and had more Senses. At what point did a REMOTE CONTROLLED airplane or helicopter become a DRONE? At what point did USED vehicles become PRE-OWNED vehicles? At what point did something shown LIVE become something shown in REAL TIME? At what point did humans PROGRAMMING technology to act and react become ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE? Sometimes I wonder if this civilization is actually running out of ideas and has resorted to recycling the same technology and just relabeling it to fool the masses.

ProfD The reality is the people with the most power don't really give a d8mn about who lives or dies including themselves as long as they have paradise while they're on earth. You know what, I hadn't really thought of it like that until you put it THAT way. I figured many people in power were atheist and didn't care about other people's lives, but I didn't consider that they probably don't even care about THEIR OWN lives....as long as they have fun before they die. Which makes them even more dangerous! As they get older and closer to death and know they're about to check out anyway, there's no telling what some of them may do. Hell, they don't even care about the younger elites who might want to enjoy some of that wealth and power for a few more years, lol. We call that hustling backwards. Like Tupac said: Call it what you want just pass the blunt and kick it Money..... The main reason people aren't allowed to know how much time they have on the planet is a combination or procrastination & inertia & every other negative form of mental resources management. I would think the MAIN reason people aren't allowed to know how much time they have on the planet is because it's NOT UP TO THEM to know, lol. It's up to WHOEVER put them here to know the time of their demise. I encourage adults especially middle-aged & seniors to live their lives to the fullest extent as if they only have 5 years left on the planet. Tomorrow isn't promised to anyone. That way hopefully people will pour their time & energy into things that bring them the most peace & joy & add to their happiness. What if they live more than 5 years one might ask. Repeat the process. Don't leave anything on the table. As Morgan Freeman's character Red famously said in Shawshank Redemption "get busy living or get busy dying." Man.....
