ProfD Culture & environment definitely play a huge role in attraction between both men & women. I think it plays a BIGGER role with women. Meaning, I think they're more easily influenced by culture and their environment. Except for the size of butts....lol...men all over the world regardless or race or culture tend to find the same things attractive about women. You don't hear about ONE group of men preferring "bad bitches" while another group prefers "good girls". Nor do you hear Asian or White men explicitly say "I'm not into Black girls or Latina girls". Even if they are racist....they'll still take a FEMALE of another race for sexual purposes. Nearly all heterosexual men tend to like the same things. Can the same be said for women? Regardless of culture/ethnicity/environment, I believe most women would prefer a high testosterone man. True. But how they would like for that high testosterone to be EXPRESSED tends to differ from one culture to the next. Further, It's scientifically proven that Black men have the HIGHEST testosterone of any other racial or ethnic group of men. Do you think most women around the planet consciously prefer Black men? Of course, women will settle for a different type of man especially depending on her mentality. There are millions of Chinese and Japanese women who WILL NOT settle for a Black man regardless of her circumstances. And it has nothing to do with his testosterone level, money, or confidence....it's because he is BLACK. This is a major "problem" around the planet. I put "problem" in quotes because for most Black men it doesn't seem to be a problem at all. Most don't seem to care how many women around the planet actually see them, especially compared to White men. Overall, culture & environment & mutual attraction put men & women together as it has since the beginning of time. Historically speaking, rape and violence have also put men and women together and even produced offspring. That seems to be the case in much of the worlds history. When it comes to conquered people and those living under the rule of domination, it's hard for us to really know WHAT the women of that culture really like because they are being controlled and programmed.

ProfD I've heard a number of Black people claim they hate reading & that books are boring. It's funny to hear women say books put them to sleep. On the occasion I see a group of Black females at a bookstore, most of the time they are in the romance novel section laying around on the floor reading THOSE books....lol. When I was a young person, I read voraciously. I'd go to the library & check out as many books as I could. When I wasn't playing sports, I'd be sitting outside reading books. I wasn't much in sports but I ALWAYS love reading. My mother taught me how to read before I even went to school. When I hear people say they don't like to read, that's why I start to question their intelligence Lol.... It's certainly a sign. Men & women gather in the same spaces & let them pheremones fly. Men and women get together, but in what racial balances? Are there an equal number of Black men with White and Asian women as there are White men with Black and Asian women? In other words, my question would be WHICH men seem to be leading to pack in attracting females and which men are lagging behind. Back in those days, they didn't medicate kids for autism & ADHD & other sh8t. Seems like a few good azz whuppings straightened them out.🤣 Part of the reason some of these young adults are lazy &/or disrespectful is because they didn't get f8cked up enough in their formative years. ProfD It depends on the site. The subjects we discuss here may not be of interest to many others. Yeah, and it depends on the PEOPLE too...lol. I don't care what the subject is, if the participants are too fucked up and emotionally unstable to hold intelligent discussions....they won't. First & foremost, forums are mainly virtual. Nobody really knows the person behind their profile. I certainly would not find myself attracted to a woman I've never seen &/or met in real life. I don't give a d8mn how well she writes/types. I wouldn't expect you to, like I wouldn't either. We're men and men tend to be attracted to what we SEE. Many women can fall in love with a man simply by the words that come out of his mouth, even what he writes/types. That's why romance novels sell so well among women....lol. I don't know of too many women who are flocking to a book club website. A lot of White and Asian women are. When I go to book stores I see a LOT of White, Asian, and Indian women hanging out there. Not necessarily to meet men, but I'm sure it happens. I do NOT see too many Black or Latina women hanging out in book stores though. We would need to a study in order to get a true picture of who is lonely voluntarily versus involuntarily. I still contend that if people truly want to be bothered with someone else, it's not that hard to find. A study would be more specific and accurate, but just by simple prolonged observation of how most of the youth are interacting with eachother as well as by what they're saying -you can tell that generally speaking they aren't as intimate as previous generations. Every generation thinks things are so much more different now than decades ago. Because in America THINGS ARE different from one generation to the next....lol. Unlike most other nations in the United States the music, dress, foods, all change with every generation. Even the language....although it remains English...HOW it's spoken and the different slang words tend to change up from one generation to the next. There's a whole lot of people from our generation & the previous who chose not have children or get married or divorced, etc. Those people are perfectly content & happy in what others might see as loneliness. But the count is getting higher and higher, which suggests there is a problem. Just like there were Autistic kids in school when I was a child but the numbers are MUCH higher today.

You...in effect....said that women tend to like bad boys and prefer bad dudes over intellectuals. And many of us who grew up in the urban environments of the United State could certainly bear witness to that. However what about the Asian and Indian women? When you look at China, Japan, the Koreas, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the other nations of East and South Asian you have BILLIONS of people, which means a LOT of sex is happening between the males and females...lol. Although criminal and violent men exist in all racial and ethnic groups, I think most of us can agree that when you think about thug life or a gangsta.....Chinese and Indian men aren't the first ones that come to mind, lol. Most of them are some of the most plain, square, wimpy, push-your-glasses-up nerdish men you'll ever run into.....yet they're attracting women and making babies. If "women" prefer thugs and bad boys....why aren't THOSE women choosing them?

There is a certain amount of frustration & aggravation that is eliminated from one's life when they don't have to deal with other folks on a regular basis.😁 Rarely do I type statements in terms of absolute. Same goes for literal versus figurative. Nor do I opine in abstractions. Confidence is not the only but it is a quality trait for people to have when it comes to getting whatever they want in life. There are dudes who will walk into an establishment & hit on every woman in the building. It only takes ONE woman to bite. OTOH, there's a bunch of dudes who will show up in the same establishment & either stay glued to their homies or sit down & stare at their phones or people watch. The same dudes don't dance or talk or crack jokes or nothing. Then, they wonder why women aren't attracted to them. If dudes choose to stay at home &/or the couch, they're definitely not getting any action. Getting snatch-box through osmosis doesn't work for most dudes. Bottom line is a closed mouth doesn't get fed where I come from, a closed mouth does not get fed. As usual, I'm sure the media is concealing far more about this story than they're currently releasing to the public. They do this from time to time, especially when it involves racial issues. They like to sit on information and release it piece by piece so that the public will come to the WRONG conclusion about a particular story....only to release some pertinent information they were holding back to make all of the previous assumptions look silly or foolish.

It seems that you have too much common sense for most people who graduate from one of THEIR systems of learning, lol. Most academic institutions teach people to think in more theoretical terms instead of practical everyday terms. I asked, because you seem to be well versed in both.

ProfD Intelligent people hang out on sites that feed their intellect but they also spend time on the McD's equivalent too. 😁 They may read, but how many of them are actually PARTICIPATING in discussions with eachother? I'm talking about AfroAmericans? Mutual.attraction doesn't include everyone. A woman isn't attracted to every man she meets. Dudes aren't attracted to every woman they see &/or meet either. This is true and almost goes without saying, however MOST people should find MOST people of the opposite sex somewhat attractive to a certain degree. In other words..... I wouldn't expect them to go crazy and fall in love with us....in my opinion MOST heterosexual women should find the masculinity and conversation of the bruthaz on this site fairly attractive enough to want to hang around and participate. ...regardless of the topic. Just the positive masculinity alone should be appealing enough to pull a CERTAIN AMOUNT. Not all...and probably not most....but some. When you have barely NONE interested??? That's in and of itself is interesting. The men would go fishng or sit in a chair & drink & chill out. They didn't have a whole lotta conversation for anybody or among themselves. It was never real heavy or intellectual. But we got along with eachother. Maybe women were attracted to NF Jr.s voice right up until they heard what he was talking about & when he started asking a whole lotta questions.🤣 Something tells me HE wasn't running around seeking enough sexual encounters TO ask those questions, lol. Mr. Fuller had (has?) a LOT of wisdom and I put much of what he suggested into practice, but some things...like that...I didn't, lol. I don't have any plans to even TRY to sit up and read off the list of questions Mr. Fuller suggested before meeting a female for a sexual encounter. ....on the occasion that I still do at my age, lol. Still something would have to draw women to the site. Why would masculine intellect not be enough for normal heterosexual women in their right mind? Although they've always existed, certainly there are more lonely young FBA people today than their were 40 or 50 years ago. A man in a homeless shelter isn't qualified to have a woman. We weren't discussing his QUALIFICATIONS....we were discussing his CONFIDENCE, and how you said that was enough. You've gotta ask women.😉 Where are they??? Lol....they aren't on the site. A huge bank account will make a man more attractive despite other shortcomings. I've seen dime-piece women draped over funny-looking azz dudes. Your assertion was the "confidence" was the key suggesting that this was all that was necessary to attract women despite the lack of those other traits or assets. While I think confidence is a major factor in attracting women, it can't be built off of nothing.
