I agree with Xeon.

Yeah Bill does look disheveled and yeah he could have shaved and dressed a little better for the on camera interview and at the podium.

Yeah he does seem very bitter, but keep in mind despite all his money and power he lost a man child to murder. Maybe he did not spend enough time with the young man and guilt is eating away at him gets on in age.

Again there is no bad publicity. I never heard of the playboy jazz festival. If I can go I'd like to check it out.
