Supposedly the ex girlfriend of Jonathan Majors has dropped all charges... if true, maybe she settled, if she did, you have to ask why she couldn't settle earlier? maybe she didn't settle and then the question is. her charges must have been false from the get go, how are her actions warranted?

Three options, no particular order: 

 

Lobo of Dell comics/Dell publishing  now a part of Random House/ a division of Penguin Random House

why? Lobo is the first african american character to headline a series and he is a DOS, descendent of enslaved character, and he is a western character, ala the black cowboy. This character can be totally redefined. But has a lot of history. It also means it is outside DC/Warner Bros/Discovery or Marvel/Disney . Maybe a Sony/Paramount/Universal deal.

All negro comics- characters can be used to support in the story.

Maybe go international with an Afro Samurai live action or find some lesser character in Bande Dessinee. Leave the USA and truly start fresh. I hear money exist in saudi arabia for nice ideas.

If DC or Marvel is the taste, I say screw Marvel and use the DC Elseworlds as the platform. I say do a Milestone hero like Icon or Hardware and if not do Black Lightning, DC's first black superhero headliner, making the story your own as in the elseworlds label

I would guide Majors to investors or a production company that's willing to give him a chance to headline a release and rebuild his image.
