ProfD Posted February 6 Report Posted February 6 Somewhere between $81-$102k will allow a buyer to drive away from a Tesla dealer in a Cybertruck. Range is about 300 miles per charge. I've seen a few Cybertrucks around here. Every time I see one my 1st thought is that it looks like something a team of nerds built. The owner of a. Cybertruck could never go incognito in it. Looks like an attention-seeking vehicle. If I was going to buy an EV pickup truck in this price range, I'd go with the GMC Hummer: Of course, since I preach against gross consumerism, I wouldn't buy either one of them. 1
Troy Posted February 6 Report Posted February 6 The first time I saw a Cybertruck was while driving down the street and I was like "what the hell is that?!" Now I like the Tesla vehicles, but this one seems impractical at $100K+

I thought it was a part of a robotics project. The Cybertruck design looks exactly like something engineers would produce without consulting designers. 1
