and what do you think of investing in leagues started in 2025?

Michael Jordan was majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats NBA team for 13 years.

 

Jordan's $275 million dollar investment turned into $3 billion dollars when he sold his majority stake. He still has a minority ownership in the team.

 

Magic Johnson is a minority owner of the Washington Commanders NFL team.

 

A few Black folks do invest in sports teams. I'm hoping to see a Black investment group start a sports league &/or own a major league team.

 

Ice Cube has a nice situation with his Big 3 basketball league. There are possibilities.
