Right. There's no shortage of missing, exploited & mistreated Black folks.

 

Also, there's nothing to prevent Black folks from establishing search & rescue organizations &/or becoming private investigators & bounty hunters.

 

Yet, for 5 weeks & counting, the media has been obsessed with a missing 84-year-old white woman whose daughter just happens to be a well known news anchor. 

 

The local police & FBI & all types of folks are running around trying to find that white woman. 

 

Every now & then, the media will catch itself & issue a statement that there are plenty of missing people around the USA.

 

Then, the media  goes right back to feeling some kinda way about that one old white woman.
