The bill would send resources to area’s where the most violence and unstructured families are. It will have special schooling and courses. The youth in those area’s need to learn impulse control through various treatments. 

Sounds like a logical idea.

They already HAVE this.

It's called SPECIAL EDUCATION

....and they've been implementing this program in public schools for decades.

The primary "treatment" has been medicating the students until they're drooling on themselves.

@GregThere should be no apostrophes in the pluralization of the word "area", because  how it is used is neither possessive nor a contraction. 

 

Also, other shallow right-wingers who, like you, lack insight are the only people to whom the bill you cited sounds "logical". What's "logical",  despite the fact that it's a situation that remains unaccomplished by inefficient law enforcement, and prevented by the NRA lobby, is getting guns off the street and regulating their ownership. FIREARMS ARE THE CULPRIT! And trolls like you continue to be more the problem than the solution with your out-of-touch pontificating about the "black community".   

 

Blinded by your love for all things white, and  crippled by your revulsion for anything black, your mentality is an idiotic entanglement of hypothetical fantasies; also known as silly dreams.  Time-tested principles such as "the same fire that melts wax, makes steel hard", when put in the context of the ghetto, never occur to dolts like you.

 

The  inner-city environment does not turn all black children into block head hoodlums. There's the other side of the proverbial coin, and it reveals how countless numbers of these kids who grow up in the same circumstances as the thugs don't become dense killers, - thanks to their resilient, innate good character and malleable strength. Moreover, their authentic success stories would put to shame you smug, limp dick conservatives, bragging about what you think you did on your own.

 

The controversial idea that comprehensive training programs could be introduced into America's ghettos, entrapping black kids in regimented institutions while programing their minds to be meek instead of aggressive, along with reforming their wayward mamas, is not an idea apt to catch on  -  unless, in the very unlikely case, there is a similar invasion of the suburbs where maladjusted white kids would have school curricula designed to modify and control their craziness - and ground their "helicopter parents".

Thanks Cynique. Normally I don't engage in this type of thing. But I'm feeling slightly verbally combative. Although arguing with ______ feels like kicking a one legged man in an @$$ kicking contest.

The 1st place leaflets for the Impulse Control and Family Structure Act will be distributed is trailer parks throughout America.   

 

Most trailer parks are located in states that have banned abortions. It will be incumbent upon kissing cousins Jake and Emily to use protection when they start fooling around. 

 

if Jake and Emily do f8ck up and procreate....their family structure will have to be intact in order to take care of that special needs child. 

 

Heaven forbid that child grows up to become a drug addict, mass shooter and/or continues the cycle of incestuous reproduction.  😎

No because the cops arent the problem, violent thugs are the problem.

Cops take an oath to serve and protect people. It doesn't give them a right to harm, injure, maim or murder them. 😎

The percentage of “ bad cops” is extremely small compared to the much higher number of black thugs. I hate to say that about my black race but its true.

It's hard to get the real number  of bad cops because they do more than commit murders. They're also involved in illegal gun sales, drug dealing, extortion, etc. 😎
