  1. In response to America being a Beast:this is a evil and wicked country. The ruling class are hateful and racist to people of color. They treat poor people and sick people bad.Innocent people are being gunned down by homegrown terrorists. The policemen are just as bad as the Gestapo police of Nazi Germany, slaughtering innocent people all over the country. This is not so nice of a nation at all.No wonder they call it the beast and some people refer to it as "Mystery Babylon" just like in the Bible.
  2. Yeah there is a difference between speaking white an articulating properly, but is has to do with accent and word choice. There are some ways of speaking that just turns me off, l have you heard of "upspeak?" Young social media techies use it a lot and I have to work at not shutting down when they start to talk. They also like to start a sentence with "So..." Yeah, I did not think I sounded like a white person. The person who told me that probably did not like me very much. Pioneer, I doubt anyone who knows me would describe me as shy. Now I'm not the "life-of-the-party" extrovert, but I'm not shy.
  3. This topic is a brilliant display of subjectivity and the state of Black America. Various posters have commented on what is wrong or needs fixing in the Black community. Maybe we have to learn to respect each other , how to critque an argument without, insulting the perlson, or really listen and try to understand the perspective and the person. I have been guilty of every one of those flaws. Which resulting in my apologising to both Mel and Troy. I also realise my elitist attiutude about thinking, which resulted in my recognising Pioneer's modus operandi. There is a difference between perception and the reality of a person or situation. So my comments are more societal than individual. Also because making comments to any individual is pointless until they are open. Or willing to see another perspective. We are both watching and engaging in the psychopathology of Black People.
