    True... Westerm Racism has most of its roots in classism ..... Rich whites did not want poor and indentured whites uniting with enslaved Africans in Rebellion. The Anglo-Saxon Aristocracy in the US called the Plantocracy or Landowners created and instituted Racism.. They were exceptions and the Aristocracy was not monolithic Slavery is about economics....Racism is about Power - personal social and political etc..
