I have been thinking about people's concepts of the way the world works. Maybe the ideas aren't true universally or perhaps there are unknown windows when and where they are true. 

There are MANY worlds.

Pick one, first of all.

I believe there are some universals but most things are not. Our challenge — and our  gift— as humans is to coexist given our differences.

The *curse* of  being a human is trying to figure out how the world works.😁😎

The World is 90% what you make it....The problem is we often do not realize or know  what we are making.

The World is not what we want it to be....The World is what We Are - Reflected.

 

In a Nutshell

You are what has your ATTENTION.

Whatever you commands most of your ATTENTION creates a PERCEPTION of what IS

Your PERCEPTION informs your PERSPECTIVE

PERSPECTIVE becomes MINDSET.

MINDSET creates INTENTIONS which leads to ACTIONS/INACTIONS - Reactions

You didn't say the way "a" world works, but the way "the" world works.
You obviously were being specific about a particular type of world, so which world did you have in mind?

Western world?
Islamic world?
Scientific world?
Disney world?

Now tell me, lol.....
How can we intelligent discuss how "the world" works when we don't have a clear understanding of which world we're focusing on?
