Taken literally, this would mean that Melchizedek is an eternal being. Enoch would have been an adult popping in through a space-time transition. No need for a mother. He would not have a geneology. Not from any people who had lived through normal space-time for previous centuries. Maybe God is not really mysterious, but just sneaky! .
