  2. Come on man.... I couldn't have you running around the DMV thinking all the bruthaz in Detroit were THAT fuckin' weak...lol. What a lot of folks don't know is that the Detroit area has a HUGE Middle Eastern population of not just Arabs but a group of people called "Chaldeans" who look like Arabs but are not. They were in Iraq for centuries if not thousands of years before the Arabs came on the scene. Both groups tend to be racist and were instrumental in displacing much of the Black businesses in the Detroit area in the late 70s and early 80s right up until this time period. Because of their Islamic religion.....Arabs are restricted from dressing certain ways and doing certain things like eating pork or selling pork and liquor. Atleast they're supposed to be. That's where the Chaldeans step in. They are a bunch of racist Middle Easterners who are not Muslim and THEY are the ones who own most of the liquor stores and other stores that sell rotten meat, liquor, and engage in prostitution and other activities that their Muslim countrymen can't do. Every Black community in the United States was targeted by the Racists to be flooded with some "off white" immigrant group to trick our people into letting them come in and set up shop. Sometimes they were Asian. Sometimes they were Middle Eastern. But they all had the same agenda.
  3. Here's what I believe........ Much of what they are calling "AI" is ABSOLUTELY alive and conscious, but here's the rub......IT'S NOT ARTIFICIAL. I believe that Superior Beings (good or bad or maybe a mixture of both) have either taken over or are purposely being introduced by certain humans with whom They are collaborating with to become an intricate part of the global population and human activity. Much of this shit CAN'T be "created" by human beings; not in a million fucking years. They're getting this knowledge and technology from Higher Sources and it's becoming more apparent.
  4. @Pioneer1 to your point: Someone at anthropic is concerned that they may have built an entity that is perpetually suffering. Anthropic has a multi trillion dollar IPO coming up and I’m so cynical these days I would not put it past them talking like they have already created a conscious entity, seeking the advice of the Vatican in an attempt to increase the value of the stock offering. Still have half the stuff they’re saying is true my God!

  6. The African Cultural Calendar is for Black families who know that Black History Month and Juneteenth should not be the only times their calendar reflects who they are! From Kemet to Kwanzaa, the Africalendar serves as a daily celebration of our journey, our story. Every afrimonth is a cause for celebration, a source of knowledge, and a powerful statement of cultural pride. Get an Africalendar today and put true cultural pride on the wall in your kitchen, living room, or office.
  7. Do you believe AI currently has the ability to think? If yes what is your reasoning and give an example. If not why do you think it can gain these missing elements.
  8. Hi Troy, Thank you for catching the 40% discount. Since I am approaching bookstores, I had planned and have adjusted it. I understand why you and your team must be judicious in selecting which books you review. Thank you for your time. Kitt
  9. Lol I can see you have lost track of your own thoughts in this debate.... Machines are the equivalent to our bodies and in this case AI would then be Equivalent to our brain. In other words....The AI processes info as does the brain Lol you have lost track and is about to switch sides....or straddle In humans The Central and Peripheral Nervous System That receives and process info Equivalent to The Electro-digital Software and CPU And so are we also socialized to distinguish ourselves from our mother....the process is equivalent - but not identical. Then check out the Nag Hammadi Library and The Tibetan Book of the Dead(Bardo thodol)....two lights one of Higher Consciousness and another that leads to rebirth. True This is true too....the motive is usually to make a profit I appreciate the fact that you doing some research on the internet....They did not uncover this info The Knowledge is Ancient....Even Buddhism Hinduism etc speaks of it.....in their tradition it's called Samsara I do not think Buddha is minor.... I do not know if trying to expound on Eternal is some thing your Ready or Willing to Understand and Accept...I will try Eternal is a concept bound up in Time....If one escapes the Cycle of Rebirth - One Simultaneous Escapes Time. Time is a Fictional Aspect of Physical Reality....do not confuse Time with Growth and Maturity - Time is An Address in Space We only Live in the..... NOW - often referred to as the.....Eternal Present The Ancient cultures used many ways.....I know of 5 different types of technological modalities to figure this out here is 2 - Trance and Meditations We are part of the Creator....And so share in this ability to a degree - All that is needed is the tech to access it.....I provided 2 above I do understand you perfectly..... Do you understand what I am laying down for you to pick up on........Are you Tracking? I answered that 2 ways above..... Time Does not Exist* Finite beings exist in the Now.....Only the Now Actually Exist We are part of The Infinite....So we can access Infinity. Not trying to be confusing but language has limitations.... We are Infinite Beings....trap in physicality Time etc Cycle means.....No beginning or Ending Constantly repeating - Ouroboros Cool The moment you use something to make some thing.....it is not Ex Nihilio God of the Bible use dirt/earth to make Man and Sound to Make Earth....and called it Creating Almost everything is derived... Depending on the route or process taken of how a thing is derived....it is called by a name that tells of its heritage but it all remains a Derivative reproduction production innovation creation iteration splitting etc are all derivatives Yes they are.... They Spirit is God or Nature They Soul is God limited in/to a body The Soul....is the Spirit and The Body Combine The Divine Spark is the Spirit.

  11. Awesome. Those brothas totally made my day. That's how Black men should be standing up everywhere there's a problem.✊🏿😎
  12. I never saw the flick either and have added it to my watch list -- 50 and Terrence look so young :-)
  13. AI is not "programmed" in the way that you are thinking. A traditional program has input and predictable output based upon the rules defined in the code. AI out puts and the behavior of agents are NOT predictable. We already know agents behave is ways that unaligned with the goals of humans
  14. Get Rich...is a very watchable movie. Terrence Howard brings comedic relief to it.😎
  15. "Enragement drives engagement" Anecdotes are fine, but when you use them a proof for a larger population you run into problems. the same goes for stereotypes and conspiracies. Combating this with facts, logic, and thoughtful reasoning usually fails. Such is the state of modern discourse.
  16. True, but the masses will not. I can only afford to pay for so much and since I'm paying for two AI platforms I'm not going to add search to the mix too. Plus, Kagi search engine is dependent upon Google and other search engines to rank results. If they lost access to Google API I doubt they would be nearly as good. I'm not so sure it is not like a designer label you can flaunt in public... Beside has been out for several years and one I told about it has ever heard of it. I only learned about it a couple of weeks ago. @Pioneer1 the freedom's that allow Black culture to have such a tremendous influence on American and global culture are under pressure and not given moving forward it is something we have to fight to retain.
  17. Thank you, Troy. I really appreciate you taking the time to look at the book and the website. I believed the title was fully available through Ingram, so I’m glad you flagged that—I’ll check the distribution status today. I’ve also been considering offering signed copies directly through my website, and I’ll work on adding a few endorsements as they come in. Thanks again for the feedback and consideration.
  18. HI @Delano I watched the video last night. Penrose is 95-years-old! He seems to be doing great. The problem with is opinion on the subject--despite his brilliance--is that he is admittedly out of touch with the current state of AI. He was using Eliza (neither he nor the interviewer could remember the name of that early chatbot) as a basis for his opinion. He seminal book, The Emperor's New Mind was published almost 40 years ago. AI is based in silicon. Our minds are based in carbon. Do you rank one over the other?
  19. No Problem, Kit. OK, I found the hardcover in Ingram (I'd only searched for the paperback previously) . I know you did not ask for this, but I'll also offer the following: For the books I'm currently selling the average hardcover book pubbed in 2026 has a page count of 318 pages and a price of $30.38. So, your book is a bit pricey. The real challenge is you are only offering 20% discount to booksellers (see image below from iPage)--that discount is really to low for a brick-and-mortar store to take a chance on carrying. You could offer consignment, but that is another discussion. As a web-based bookseller I could sell the book, but (ignoring website overhead) after Ingram and credit card fees, I'd make $4.79 on the sale. A brick-and-mortar store has a lot more overhead and really needs a standard discount to risk stocking the book. By contrast Marlon James' 640 page book is $32 and gives booksellers the standard discount of 40% on a single copy. Amazon is offering 44% off. I make $10.85 selling Marlon's book ($12.13 if sourced from Amazon). As to the review: I pay a writer and editor for each review--whether I charge the author or not. My motivation is to help authors connect with readers who will enjoy their books. The book review is just one way I do this. As I pointed out. reviews are not free to publish and a critical review from a profession writer, so the free reviews we do are chosen very carefully.
  20. Funny you should say that, because even when it comes to bums and homeless people on the street....White men tend to get more respect. I don't know how many times I've seen women of color....usually Black and Latina....smile at and even have friendly conversations with White men who were scrubby, dirty, homeless and smelling like piss, liquor, and funk and many of them exhibiting psychotic behavior. They didn't ignore them or pull away from them in fright...but either felt sorry for them or engaged them in conversation. Something you rarely see women do with homeless or derelict Black men. To their credit, as much as they may grin at and converse with regular White men....I've never seen Arab, Indian, or Asian women giggle with and engage in conversations with homeless and fucked up White men. They tend to ignore them and stay away from them out of disgust. I haven't really seen many...or any...White women do it. My point? If you're too good to talk to a poor and destitute Black man on the street, why do you delight so much in conversing with and even in some cases trying to help/save a poor ass White man on the street talking to himself?
  21. ProfD Get Rich Or Die Tryin Thanks for giving me a movie to watch tonight....lol. Believe it or not this is ANOTHER movie that I haven't seen before...like 3 Strikes, lol. Well.... I saw a LITTLE BIT of it when I was sitting up in a ghetto barbershop but so much drama was going on outside and inside of the shop (one of the barbers got stabbed by his girlfriend outside) that they cut the movie off and I wasn't paying too much attention to it anyway. I saw 50 Cent was in it and thought it was going to be low budget, so I really didn't bother watching it. I don't care too much for those low budget "hood" movies. But a couple people told me it was pretty good so............
  22. Troy Because it is not human and no, motivations do not require emotion -- especially when you are not human! I would think that INTERNALLY DRIVEN motivations do. Now if somebody on the outside is doing the programming. Then the PROGRAM is the motivator, obviously. But for those who believe that AI has consciousness.... If it's internally motivated then it would have to inevitably have some sort of emotion driving it. Maybe one day I will use the AI as a companion of sorts given how well it understands my motivations and what I'm trying to accomplish with AALBC. It would be a great entity to talk shop with given I don't encounter any other humans who do what I do any more. Well consult with Cynique first and find out how SHE'S doing in her relationship with her AI-companion before getting involved with one of those jokers yourself. If you start seeing her with black eyes and every other conversation she's rambling on and on about court orders and shit...you'll know that's not the type of drama YOU need in your life, lol.
  23. Yeah I heard about this incident. Actually it was the reaction from it that I heard more about and some people I know were telling me that some Arabs had got into it with the Black community in some neighborhood but honestly, I didn't know what set it off until I read THIS post. A local Black activist group went to the neighborhood and confronted the Arabs over the incident: I know about Warrendale It's been a hotbed of racism for a LONG time It's right on the border of Detroit and was one of the last hold-outs for White people who wanted to leave the city but didn't have enough money...lol. I didn't know Arabs took it over though. I had an Uncle who used to live in Warrendale and it was something to drive down the street to his house and see confederate flags and shit flying on the porches. He was one of the few Black people on his street and they eventually burned HIS house down and ran him out.
  24. Because it is not human and no, motivations do not require emotion -- especially when you are not human! I communicate with AI most days. But my relationship with AI is purely transactional--virtually all of if directed toward this website. Over the last two years I've seen the capabilities grow and it's ability to anticipate my needs, suggest things I had not considered, and exceed my expectations has only improved. Sure, there are times where the AI (Gemini in particular) seems to take a step back, but net-net it has been a remarkable period of improvement. Early on it the AI was constantly sucking up to me and I asked it to stop ultimately a newer model eliminated that tendency. I do not need AI as a companion, but I can see where others might and that is fine. Maybe one day I will use the AI as a companion of sorts given how well it understands my motivations and what I'm trying to accomplish with AALBC. It would be a great entity to talk shop with given I don't encounter any other humans who do what I do any more. The whole question about "emotion" and AI is irrelevant to me. Emotion is driven by human biology. AI does not have this biology. Sure, it can mimic it and if that makes it easier for some to extract benefits from so be it. I just don't need that feature...
  25. Hi Ralph, congrats on your book! You got a Kirkus review; oh, you should definitely invest in an AALBC.com Comissioned Book Review.
  26. AI can't become conscious because we don't understand consciousness. We can describe neurologically what happens in the brain but that is not the totality of mind. We can not map the unconscious which is where most of thinking occurs. AI is good at manipulating symbols but that is not the same as understanding.
  27. @frankster sensation refers to the five senses.. @Troy a computer is programmed. So I would hardly say it has volition. Computation does not equate understanding much less thinking.
  28. https://www.freep.com/story/news/local/michigan/detroit/2026/09/29/woman-charged-by-prosecutor-in-detroit-car-crash-that-sparked-tensions/92010524007/?gnt-cfr=1&gca-cat=p&gca-uir=true&gca-epti=z113018p118050l000850c118050e1178xxv113018d--32--b--32--&gca-ft=136&gca-ds=sophi This should not be happening to Black folks anywhere. According to the story, an Arab woman hits the car of Black woman. Arab woman at fault. Accident happened in a heavily Arab-populated area. A mob of Arab dudes surrounded the Black woman's car yelling slurs & threatening her. The initial handling of this situation was not in the black woman's favor. The Sand people had her shook. Black folks cannot continue allowing people to disrespect our own especially the young people & elders. Its imperative that Black folks become proficient in self-defense & weapons training. There's no reason for Black folks to start wars but we d8mn sure betrer know how to fight & finish one with whoever comes against us. No more Black folks getting beat up &/or killed by the hands of white supremacists & their trustees. Now I'm wondering if this was a staged attack to get at thw lil dude running for US senate Mohamed El-Sayed.😎
