  1. Troy and ProfD it is Good to be appreciated.....Thank you both and much Love "brotha goes into the paint"....that has my laughing all the way to work. Pioneer1 my well meaning misguided brother....it is as Troy said I do it not for the Racist among us but for the humanity in all of us. Love this space
  2. Aloha! I'm Ja-ne de Abreu, a co-writer of Chasing the Surge: Life as a Travel Nurse in a Global Pandemic, ISBN: 978-1-7362954-4-1 and would truly appreciate a review of the compelling story of my brother- in- law, Grover Nicodemus Street. It is about his life as a travel nurse, which is not easy under normal circumstances. Now throw a global pandemic into the mix. Learn how Grover navigates these unprecedented times in COVID hotspots in the USA with strength and grace while sharing important scientific facts about COVID-19 and the coronavirus vaccine. This story is intended to help especially black communities learn more about what happens behind the closed doors of hospitals. A portion of proceeds will go to provide educational materials to underserved communities. Thank you for your consideration.
  3. You are looking at it the wrong way man. Sure @frankster brilliant replies are almost certainly a waste of time for @Goldsteinberger and their ilk, but Fransters replies benefit many others -- including myself. This particular conversation is viewed more than 100K times -- 1,000 times a day over the past 7 days! It is the most popular conversation on the site right now and the second most popular over the past 12 months. That does not mean everyone is reading every comment, but it is likely 10s of thousands of people are benefiting from Frank's words. This is actually a really good thing.
  4. Times have definitely changed it did not take much for you to be considered gay back in the day. Shoot if someone caught you crying, for any reason, you must be a fag! If you wanted to try double dutch you must be gay -- crazy LOL! Well, I'm not into sports, other than betting and participating (I still do century bike rides). I cook and like to dance too. I also try to stay fit, so I'm not sure the cloth is that different, maybe it is just the environment.
  5. Yep. That brotha goes into the paint in providing his perspectives. 👏🏿😎
