Drink water constantly especially before meals Work out(brisk walk is fine) at least 30 minutes two time a week till heart rate increase or sweat beads on your skin Do simply stretch exercise every morning and night for 10 minutes. Meditate (relaxation response technique is fine) 15 minutes daily Start a Dream Diary/Journal. See a Nutritionist....Blood work test for deficiencies.
