  1. I don't feel sorry for them one bit. They are doing fine. They need to suck it up and keep pushing.

This is true. They have to keep on doing what they are doing. There is little to nothing they can do about the haters. Like you said, it comes with the job and the haters are going to spew their toxic venom no matter what you do. Even if you did something they liked or approved of they are still going to criticize you! No getting around it.....

  2. Is that right? Well let me tell you a thang or two. I get so tired of negros that watch a movie, and then cry about how it makes "us" look. Give me a freaking break! First, it's a damn movie, okay. It's one story in time. It's one of a thousand avenues in which one could draw a conclusion and/or opinion on any number of topics including race, sexual abuse, or rather or not the Miami Heat will win the NBA Championship.

Good point. I totally agree. I'll check the movie out and get back wit ya. A black female friend of mine and her girlfriend saw the movie last week and they both liked it. So, it got two thumbs up. I'll render my verdict this weekend....

  3. Well Cynique, you are witnessing a culture in decline. We already know the next generation will be less healthy, less educated and less wealthy. We are really making a mess of things.

I just posted a review of the film Waiting for Superman which talks about the crisis in American education. It is quite astonishing that in 2010 we are trying to figure out how to educate our children.

The "quality" of television reflects the sensibilities of your typical viewer. Television created for the masses will only get worse over time.

Reading and writing for pleasure are lost arts. Even something you all take for granted, like posting on this board (relating ideas using the written word), is probably something that the average person could not do.

This is so sad yet so true...........

  4. Chris, I've read a couple of Thomas Sowell's books and many of his articles, and I've never read anything suggesting that he has any interest in representing Black people.

Agreed. Sowell has no interest in providing a balanced or even a remote fair assessment of black Americans. He reminds me of Larry Elders. He speaks to the interests of white conservatives and reassures their fears and beliefs. While I personally have no problems with criticism of poor and indefensible black behavior, both Sowell and Elders refuse to give critical commentary on turgid white conservative blather and racist behavior (e.g., Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Tea Party racism, Michele Bachmann, etc...)

In any case, I see your feelings regarding Sowell are irrational; and it is therefore pointless to try to have a meaningful exchange on the subject, so I'll leave you to your opinion.

    Thank you. That's a rap........

  5. Thanks Chris, That just about says it all. They know who they are.

No, it doesn't say anything other than you refuse to answer a question for whatever reason. The questions were very straight forward and you dodged them. I'm somewhat surprised because I know you often times rail about so-called "house niggas", so I was interested in your personal commentary of said individuals. That's all.......

  6. It is also funny I’ve spoken with Black folks who will not get the children vaccinated against Polio?!

No surprise. When it comes to health, fitness and longevity, Negroes are at the bottom of the pole. Poor eating habits, ignorance of nutritional facts and often times groundless fear of doctors and treatment also attribute to shorter lifespans, higher mortality rates and overall poorer health. Often times Negroes are their own worst enemies.......

  7. On top of that what crimes are you talking about?

He was referring to everyday violent street crimes (homicides, armed robberies, rapes, drug dealing, physical assaults, etc). Unfortunately, something Negroes have excelled at. In fact, there is a widely held belief by some that IQ, race and crime are inseparable. They believe blacks (as a group) have a genetic predisposition towards certain types of crime. Go figure.....

  8. "LOOK MASSA, DEM NIGGAS IS AT IT AGAIN, AM SHO GLAD I'S NOT LIKE DEM. BY THE WAY MASSA.... WHEN YOU GONNA GIVE THIS GOOD NIGGA ONE MO GOOD FUC*IN? I'M JUST ASKIN' CUS I'S WANTS TO TELL THE OTHER DARKIES HOW GOOD IT IS UP IN HERE"

Carey, I'm curious, just who are these black people (or "house niggas" as you say) that you speak of? What exactly are they doing that makes them so-called "puppet ass house niggas"? If you could provide details, I'd appreciate it.....

  9. It's interesting how these things start. I've always been a major Miles music fiend. Love the Prestige (Philly Joe Jones, Red Garland, Coltrane, Paul Chambers, Arthur Taylor, etc, etc......) and Columbia (Wynton Kelly, Bill Evans, Hancock, Sam Rivers, Cannonball, Tony Williams, etc, etc....) classics. I have many stories to tell about me and Miles Davis's music. All good. Still and always will listen to him.....

  10. Well, bro Carey, it's interesting you list this particular cut from the awesome Miles Davis, Kind of Blue recording. Blue in Green happens to be my favorite cut also. I fell in love with it back in the day when I was over my cousins house. She sent me to the basement to get something. I noticed this record laying on the cold cement floor. I picked it up, took it upstairs and asked my cousin if I could borrow it. She said yes, I took it home and that was that. Been a Miles Davis crackhead ever since. And this particular cut was the one that sent me over the edge......,
