Looks like the current administration wants relitigate the Jan. 6th insurrection.

 

Every American with a TV and/or internet access saw what happened that day.

 

It is amazing that in this day and age two people can look at the same thing and draw different conclusions. 

 

Folks were assaulting law enforcement officers and defacing and vandalizing the US Capitol.

 

Once inside the Capitol building, these people continued desecrating the place. One of the rioters ended up getting shot and killed.

 

A law endorsement officer died from injuries sustained from the rioters. Several officers had to receive medical treatment.

 

Yet, there are people who saw the Jan. 6th insurrection as a peaceful protest. The current administration pardoned 1,500 people involved in it.

 

POTUS OJ now wants to accuse former FBI Director Christopher Wray of lying to Congress about FBI involvement in Jan. 6th.

 

The desire to white-wash historical events and march towards fascism continues.

The latest in the white-on-white carnage is that the state of Utah has set aside 1 million dollars to hire the best, high-profile, public defenders to represent Charlie Kirk's murderer, Tyler Robinson, the guy it is seeking the death penalty for. 

Talk about being on "the horns of a dilemma"! Trying to prevent the son of MAGAs from being executed for destroying the sun of MAGAs is creating a world of trouble for the white segment of the little blue dot.

Meanwhile, the state of North Carolina has introduced a crime bill named after the Ukrainian young adult who was stabbed on the train by a crazy Black man. 

 

They are trying to figure out how to give his mentally ill azz the needle before there is a trial.

 

In fact,  a House select subcommittee is down in NC to discuss their crime *problems*. 

 

To date, there is no subcommittee on mass shootings in America.

We should be glad that it didn't "catch on" and spread to state Capitals around the nation.
Those rednecks came mighty close to overthrowing the government.

The ONLY thing that held them back was the fact that Trump was actually still in power them seeking to overthrow the government would have included HIS Administration and it would have forced his hand.

The US Capitol was the objective for trying to keep POTUS OJ in power the 1st time.

 

Honestly, I don't think that crowd had any real "objectives" outside of simply doing what Trump TOLD them to do in the spur of the moment.

It clearly wasn't organized or orchestrated.
It was literally a mob, whipped up into a frenzy.

 

They wanted to hang VP Mike Pence if they could hsve gotten to him.

That's what mobs do!
They often lynch.

The fact that they were stupid, er, emboldened enough on that day to march down to the Capitol at his command told a whole lot.

 

We'll have to wait and see what's in store after the 2028 election. Some folks don't believe it will happen.

I have my doubts, but we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I didn't think Trump would voluntarily leave office back in 2021 and my thoughts were almost confirmed on Jan. 6!
But somehow...it just shut down and stopped and the cycle continued on as usual.
Infact, I thought Covid was going to shut things down in 2020 but the nation bounce back from that too.

Clearly a Group or group or G/groups are controlling this world and keeping things from getting too far out of hand.

The Secretary of Defense cannot order the US military to take over the government on his behalf either.

 

The military pledges loyalty to the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
